Practice

Evelyn Wang’s practice focuses on complex litigation in technology space, and intellectual property counseling. She has advised high tech companies doing business in the U.S. on issues ranging from intellectual property, technology law, contract dispute, M&A, data privacy, product liability, etc. Her understanding of businesses, licensing, and technology transfer uniquely positions her to counsel clients on IP strategies matters.

 

Ms. Wang received her J.D. from UC Davis School of Law, where she served as a legal extern for the UC Davis Innovation Access regarding patent prosecution and other intellectual property matters. She has also worked as a teaching assistant of Business Association for one and half years. Ms. Wang is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and gained experience in international legal matters while working at a Chinese law firm. Ms. Wang is licensed to practice law in New York and Washington.
