Practice
​
As the principal attorney of Whitewood Law PLLC, Mr. Mu's practice areas include trademark and copyright litigations, patent prosecution and licensing in chemical, biochemical, and pharmaceutical industries, and commercial litigations, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) litigations, corporate derivative litigations, and many other areas.

Mr. Mu successfully represented hundreds of internet sellers on various platforms including but not limited to Amazon, Ebay, Wish, Aliexpress and many more, in intellectual property litigation cases in Federal Courts, which recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
​
Previously, Mr. Mu worked as a legal patent extern at Innovation Access Office at the University of California, Davis. Mr. Mu handled a wide range of technologies, including augmented reality (AR) gaming systems, biomedical devices, pharmaceutical compounds, mechanical tools, robotic devices, and telecommunication devices. Mr. Mu also worked for tech start-ups in the bay area on patent counseling.
